A source-based record of food-safety actions in India
Inspections, findings, regulatory actions and follow-up status, as documented by cited sources. This site records what sources say; it does not independently declare any establishment unsafe, and it does not score or rank establishments. Select a restaurant to see all its records and sources, or a date to see every establishment acted on that day.

How records are collected and published
Source hierarchy
- Official FSSAI records
- State food-safety departments
- Municipal / health authorities
- Official inspection, seizure or laboratory records
- Reputable news reports
- Official government social accounts, as pointers to primary action
Publication rule
- Records are updated daily at 08:00 IST.
- Official-source records are published directly.
- News-based records are published only when they show an explicit regulatory action and a specific finding; they are marked "corroboration recommended".
- New news articles are read by an AI model that lists each named establishment and what the article reports about it. A record is published only if the establishment's name appears in the article and a city and state are given; quotes are kept only when they match the article word for word. These rows are tagged "Auto-extracted" until a person reviews them.
- Uncertain items are held in a review queue and are not shown here.
- Where a source gives no inspection date, the table shows the date the source reported the action.
Evidence principles
- Sample collection is not treated as a finding of guilt.
- Every record keeps its source link and an evidence excerpt.
- Compliance and corrective outcomes stay visible alongside earlier findings.
- No safety scores, "worst" lists, rankings or permanent labels.
